Julianne Silletti serves as Vice President and Human Resources Supervisor at First Bank, leading a broad portfolio of HR functions, including overseeing the HR staff operations. Ms. Silletti has been in banking since 2013 and in Human Resources since 2018, beginning her career at First Bank as a teller before advancing into HR leadership.

Julianne is a Certified Mental Health Ally through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), reflecting her dedication to advancing mental wellness awareness and cultivating an inclusive, supportive workplace environment.

She holds an AAS degree in Marketing from Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ.
