Carlos Showing serves as VP/Branch Manager at First Bank, leading the Wellington branch. He is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, supervising branch staff, promoting bank products and services, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue. Carlos also represents First Bank at community events and builds strong local partnerships to deepen relationships and expand the bank’s presence.
Carlos brings over 17 years of experience in banking, beginning his career as a Bank Teller at Bank United before advancing to Head Teller and Assistant Branch Manager. He later served as a Personal Banker at Comerica Bank for three years and most recently worked as a Banking Specialist IV at Amerant Bank. His extensive background in retail banking and customer relationship management provides a strong foundation for his leadership role at First Bank.
Carlos earned his Associate of Arts degree from Broward College in Florida. He is actively involved in his community and previously volunteered as a youth soccer coach in Tamarac, fostering teamwork and leadership among young athletes.
